Ulmus
A large tree with deciduous, oval, and serrated leaves, 3-10 cm long, green or yellow. The flowers are dark red or purple, gathered in clusters, and appear before the leaves. The fruits are brown samaras. It grows best in cool, fertile soils and is used in parks and avenues in mountainous areas.
