Subshrub native to the western Mediterranean with a compact crown and evergreen, white-silver, cylindrical leaves. It blooms from June to August with bright yellow pompom-shaped flowers. It requires well-drained, light soils but also grows in arid ones. Used for borders and decorations in pots and planters.
