Rhaphiolepis umbellata 'Ovata' MultistemmedOrigin: Korea and Japan. Evergreen shrub with spreading, upright habit. Very beautiful, leathery, oval-round leaves, 4-7cm long, glossy green on the upper side, paler underneath. Flowers in clusters composing of 4 white petals brightened up by numerous pinkish stamens. Fruit: berries with a diameter of 0.50cm in groups of 3, black, very showy and remaining on the plant until the end of April. The same growing requirements as the previous one.
