Plumbago auriculata (Plumbago capensis)
Shrub native to South Africa, sprawling with woody stems, which can reach 3 meters if supported. Evergreen elongated light green leaves. It blooms from June to October with umbrella-shaped terminal clusters composed of numerous blue flowers. Grows in all well-drained soils, requires severe pruning since it flowers on new branches.
