Muehlenbeckia complexa ClimberOrigin: New Zealand. Climbing, deciduous plant which rapidly clings to supports or creeps along the ground with its long, thin stems which weave together to form dense aerial tangles or ground cover so elastic it can be walked on. Round dull green leaves, little over 1cm wide. In summer it produces greenish-white flowers followed by small white fruit. Tolerates maritime exposure and grows well in all types of soil, even sandy.
