Small shrub native to China with horizontal branches. The deciduous leaves are rounded, large from 6 to 12 mm, dark green in spring and red or orange in autumn. Flowers appear in May on the previous year's branches, white or pink in color. Fruits from October to January with bright red berries. It has no soil requirements and is pollution-resistant.
