Cercis canadensis 'Lavander Twist' BushWeeping, pretty, compact form, capable of creating an exceptionally attractive motif, even in the smallest gardens. The branches, slightly zigzag, cascade down, absolutely covered in April by a myriad of close clusters of bright magenta buds, which open into deep pink flowers. This show lasts for a month, then the flowers are replaced by an authentic “curtain” of large, heart-shaped, coriaceous, deep green leaves, a lovely yellow in autumn. Growing requirements same as type.
