Our Plants
Carpinus betulus 'Albert Beekman' StandardThere are two differences between this new cultivar and Carpinus betulus, from which it is selected: • larger leaves, • denser branches. Just two - but very important - aspects, especially if the plant is used as shade, for hedges, barriers, arbours or topiary, when the completely impenetrable nature of its branches is much appreciated.
